Shipment and Delivery
We make our best to ship your packs as soon as we can, however, sometimes external circumstances that we can't control can delay the shipping. We usually prepare the orders Tuesday evenings and ship the packs on Wednesdays so be sure to make your order on time.
The delivery of your package will be made to the delivery address specified by you during the payment process unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified must be decisive.
Different shipment options are available for you depending on the weight, destination and delivery time of your parcel:
- Tracked shipping via the French postal service (Worldwide)
- Tracked shipping via different pack delivery companies (Worldwide)
- Pick-Up point shipping (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg)
If the delivery company returns the products to Tad-Pool Project because delivery to you (the client) was not possible, you bear the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. Please try to use as much as possible the online tracking systems of the delivery companies to be sure that your pack will be received at the adress you provided.
If you wish to collect your package yourself, you may select the "pickup" option before making payment. In this case no shipment costs will be charged. You will be able to suggest a meeting time for the pickup transaction. We will reach out to you directly to confirm time for collection. After being notified, you may collect the goods at our adress and agreeded time.
Pickup can also be made during a pet expo, show or fair in which Tad-Pool Project may assist. A specific delivery option for these events will be created prior to the event date, so that you can select this type of delivery.
Tad-Pool Project reserves the right to cancel the contract in case of lack of stock. This only applies if we are not responsible for the lack of stock situation and if we have concluded a formal transaction with our supplier. We will make all reasonable efforts to obtain the goods. In case of non-availability or partial availability of the products, we will inform you and try to find a solution together.
