Prices indicated are total prices.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the weight, size and destination of your package and are shown in your shopping cart before payment. This costs include the rates of the delivery companies, as well as the costs for the packaging materials.
Payment is made using the Stripe payment service with credit card or PayPal.
In case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases for which Tad-Pool Project is not responsible and which have to be paid by you, the client. This could be for example: transfer or currency exchange fees charged by your bank, or import duties or taxes charged by the customs of your country.
Payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract via the online shop and shopping cart.
Cancellations
If you change your mind between the time you placed the order and the shipment, just report it by e-mail or a message on our social media pages indicating the order number, We will cancel it without any problem and refund you your payment. Be aware that a small cancelling commission may be taken from the original amount because of the payment services used by the online shop.
If your order needs changes you will need to create a new one after the cancellation of the first one.
After an order has been shipped, no cancellations are possible.
Return policy (only for European countries)
Tad-Pool Project gives you 14 days from the reception to return the products. You can return the products, at your own expense, along with your invoice.
We recommend you to return the goods to us by tracked shipping with signature and to take an insurance with the carrier of the market value of the products. This being necessary in case of damage or loss of the goods by their services. In all cases the return is made at the expense and risk of the consumer. The package must arrive to Tad-Pool Project's address within the 14 days after your notification of returning the products. Only unused and complete products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging and sent to:
